Subcontract Risk Scanner v4: From Review to Action
Introducing v4 of the free Subcontract Risk Scanner. 40 subbies across five states used it and told us what was missing, so we built it.

One subbie tried scanning their subcontract a few times but it didn't work because the network cut out. Another one tried submitting page subcontract and it cut out and didn't scan because the file was too big. One tried uploading printer scanned PDF with markups written on it but didn't work because the AI didn't yet review those types of subcontracts or it wasn't able to analyse it. I took all that feedback and that's just a portion of it.
I have a lot more from other subbies saying positive things but taking on feedback every day of the week, every hour about what's broken and what needs improving with my subcontract risk genital as of late I took all that feedback and then updated the tool made the V4 launch which is now live, you can check it out link in the description fix all those solutions so the v4 subcontract risk scanner now reads printer scan subcontracts it now works when your internet is like a corporate of proxy whatever I'm not that smart in that realm of IT but we fix that too so that corporate subbies can use it the ones with special security whatever they call it then another subbie we increased the limit to allow for I 300 pages and up to 50 megabytes of documents that you can upload and have scanned to
accommodate what you guys and ladies actually happen to encounter and what you need when reviewing your subcontract so I hope that helps the positive side of things had some subbies say this is a game changer, civil subcontractor here in Brisbane said, who deals with a lot of commercial builders. Said he's also great at adjudicating people himself. He's a very smart subbie knows when to use the act when he needs to.
And he's a user of the subcontract risk scan. He it was a game changer, particularly for anyone who doesn't yet want to spend 3.5k on a lawyer. They can upload it for free, no account, and within two minutes or so, they get a risk report back of all the clauses assessed, what the key risk items are tailored to you, and it also now in the V4 update gives you the negotiation pack and the handover cards.
